Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account first.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for refunds to post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Mail your product to: {physical address}.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
